Andrew Tavin is a Brooklyn-based comedian and writer. His comedy has been described as "smart? I don't know" by his wife after being told she had only ten seconds to answer.

He was a winner at Snubfest, a finalist in the Laughing Devil Comedy Festival, and a semi-finalist in the TBS Rooftop Comedy Competition.

He has been featured in the Accidental Comedy Festival, Out of Bounds Fest, Cream City Comedy Fest, Orlando Indie Comedy Festival, Motor City Comedy Festival, the Boston Comedy Arts Festival, the Memphis Comedy Festival and more!

Also he co-founded the Empire Biscuit Comedy Festival, which was covered in the New York Times!

In high school, he was hired to write sketch comedy videos to be shown at Bar Mitzvah parties.

He now writes online articles and videos, and his work has been featured on PITtv, Collegehumor, Sparklife, and beyond but he is still not above writing for Bar Mitzvah parties. Please listen to his podcast House of House with Lenny Burnham and his upcoming audio sketch show “Sound Snackz” that he wrote with Kacie Tergesen!
